My laptop does not start anymore, in the beginning came a sad smiley and finally I have no access anymore. When I try to reboot, BIOS will be shown to me on screen.
What can this be? How do I fix it?

How old is your laptop and what system is on it?
You do not come to bios without further ado… That does not suggest to you also your computer. You have to press a certain key (Del or F2)

In your case, start the laptop / PC and always switch it off immediately when you try to charge… Please do that 3-5 times!
