Laptop doesn't recognize cell phone?

I would like to transfer my pictures and videos from my Galaxy s10 to my laptop.

My problem is the following: When I connect my cell phone via USB it charges normally. But my cell phone is not shown in "This PC". Tried all ports, different cables and laptops. Usually, a window always opens on the mobile phone where you can select data transfer. This is no longer the case. Otherwise it always worked.

Is it due to any attitudes?

under the developer settings.

For the USB standard configuration, choose "Transfer files / Android Auto"

Found it, but still doesn't work…

Look in the device manager, it may not be able to initialize the driver. Then a "deinstallation" helps, unplug the device and plug it in again and then it should work again. My MP3 player has the same "problem".

Which USB cable do you use? The original?

Yes, and with other cell phones it works…

Unfortunately it doesn't work either 🙄
