Thinking about work on vacation?

A question to all. Do you sometimes have the feeling when you go on holiday, somehow can't switch off properly and still have to think about the work all the time? It starts with me, if I always plan not to take the laptop, but do it anyway. Or if, despite my vacation, I keep checking my emails. How do you handle that? And do you have any tips for me on how to get rid of the thoughts of work?

I do not have a company notebook or mobile phone. Therefore, I have no access to corporate emails or similar from home.

switch off is so with me after about 3-4 days. Before that, people like to ask… Did I forget something? What was missing in my delivery? Is the representation prepared for everything? Through the head.

I also have no private access to company internal. Nevertheless, I do not take a laptop or something similar on principle. On vacation with. Just the phone and more to take pictures. I have reception abroad almost never.

Let my company phone at home on the next trip and take only a camera now.
