Don't think so (can't find anything electronic for over 8 year olds from VTech in the price comparison).

In the meantime, real laptops have also become cheaper, so there's no longer any reason to do so. In addition, such simple toys will no longer be of interest to a 12 year old (I don't know all laptops, had one before and that was quickly uninteresting when I was four).
The best thing is to just buy any smartphone and maybe even put a child protection app on it, if it should just be for playing.
