Is the VTech learning computer only for children (7-9 years) - see picture?

Or can you also use it as an adult? When I was a child I had a VTech Genius Leader 4004. It had great programs on it. I miss that. I don't need a laptop, I wanted to deal with such a VTech computer again, but today's VTech learning computers are only designed for smaller children.
