Pc wanted - who has a clue?

I need a new PC because mine is quite slow and noisy.
He is at least 12 years old and I want a new one.
The problem is that I have no idea with computers and so.
I don't know which are good and which are not.
I'm looking for a computer and not a laptop or anything.

I use a lot of Photoshop, Cinema 4D and FL Studio.
I also want to get Premiere and After Effects.
I don't have the programs yet but I definitely want to get them.
I need a lot of power as far as I know.
I mean iMac's are good for that. I've often sat there,
but I just don't like her.

Can somebody help me? Proposals?

How much budget do you have? If you want to play games, you need e.g. An expensive graphics card.

How much do you want to spend?

What is your budget and should you still gamble in between?

I play very rarely. I did not think about the budget because I can't assess the context in which one speaks. I don't want to spend too much but I don't want to be too cheap either. I want something sensible, good.

It should look optically cool, no idea, it depends.
A large store in any case

It would be good to know how much you want to spend on it. I can recommend setups of 500 - 2000 euro and more.
