Epson printer can t print because it is not connected to the laptop, what to do

Hello,

our printer (Espon XP-342) can no longer print documents because the connection to the laptop can't be established. When I go to the laptop settings and select the "Troubleshoot" option, it says that the printer is offline and needs to be switched on (but the printer is on). Everything works fine with our other laptop and everything works fine even when I try it on my cell phone. So the problem should actually be with the laptop. Can anybody help me further?
