Access to my USB?

We have a new laptop with Windows 10 and there's probably some protection on. When I put my USB in the computer, that tells me I do not have access to the device. Then I'll click on access. And I write that, this would be denied.

I've tried changing that in the settings but I have no idea where. Can someone help me there?

The USB device appears to have read-only protection. Pick him up as an admin.
