Today I got my new monitor and wanted to see how it looks with 28 Hz.
I have previously set my laptop (on which the monitor's turn) no image expanded so that it is black and I can't change it over there.
Now I have funny colors on my new monitor and I do not know how to reset it.

I also had that idea, but nowhere do I find an option to do it without turning on my monitor.
When I turn on my monitor, it goes out of my laptop and on my other monitor, these weird colors reappear.

But I have solved it: I accessed my laptop via TeamViewer from my mobile phone and then set the refresh rate to 120Hz.
