I would need a small notebook for the university. It is important to me that it is easy and really not too big. In addition, I would like to pull my pictures / videos over and over again, so memory is important to me as well as battery life.
I do not want to spend more than 300 euro.
How is this laptop?
The notebook is enough. But I think the equipment is much too expensive. It should not cost more than 160 euro.
I would recommend you a used Lenovo 100S on ebay. Respectively. Have already found new for no 100 euro. That's enough.

You can forget Media Markt. The notebooks there are not good value for money. In any case, it's damn rare that I find an appealing device there. And if you need a lot of memory, you will probably not come with just 64 GB of memory.
A lot of memory is not a problem, but I personally always recommend the use of an SSD, as this provides in comparison to a HDD again for a decent speed boost. In your price range there's a maximum of 128 GB - 256 GB SSD in it. Whether the memory is enough for you, you have to know yourself. Otherwise just a 1 TB (1000 GB) HDD, which is a bit slower.
In a price range up to 300 euro, however, I found nothing appealing. You should add a little extra. I've looked at the 13- to 14-inch devices to 350 euro and have just found a suitable device, and this here: https://www.cyberport.de/?DEEP=1C31-3DX
It's a Lenovo 14-inch device with a Full HD display. Installed are an Intel Core i3-8130U, which has enough power for your requirements in any case. Furthermore 4 GB RAM and a 128 GB SSD. A battery life of up to 7 hours, I think is also quite okay.
It's just the question of whether the memory is enough for you. If not, I would just think about an external hard drive.
