It does not work for me somehow.
Does anyone have any tips?
If it has a DVD drive it should be possible. Of course, if it has only one CD drive, it will not work, and of course without a drive.
Of course you can! Technically, there are a variety of formats in which a film can be present. In order for this to be played, your laptop must be able to recognize the format in question, the software needs the appropriate codec and the hardware must also support the specific format. In addition, some films are subject to the DRM (digital rights management), the hardware must support this and the software can handle it.
Nobody can really help you without more specific hints.
Which program do you use?
There are many players on the internet.
Highly recommended is the free player "gomplayer".
Download, play.
