What kind of music program is recommended for the tyros?

I have a Tyros here and would download a music program on my laptop. I would connect the Tyros to my laptop and continue to work up the music. Since I unfortunately only receive a 16,000 line and also use, I wanted to get some advice here, which program is recommended. Best something for free.

Unfortunately, I do not really know what you want to do with the program. Working with MIDI tracks? Or record audio or what?
