Should one install an app for system optimization for the tablet (or is that unnecessary)?

I got the Surface Pro 5 and wanted to ask if such a system optimization app is necessary. The last laptop I did not have the feeling that this brings great…

And if yes which would you recommend?

Since there mostly manageable and low apps are installed, this is not absolutely necessary with a HANDY. The PC looks a little different.
