You could use a remote desktop program like Use TeamViewer.
You install the program on the PC and the app on the smartphone.
Then you build a remote desktop connection to the smartphone from the PC.
Now you can see the screen of your smartphone on the PC and control it either on the smartphone or on the PC screen.
