I got my notebook on Friday.
Unfortunately, I found that there are some stains.
The graphics card is not the problem.
Anyway, I sent an email to the retailer with a photo that there are stains, but will probably not respond until Monday.
But I urgently need a laptop for my work.
My question would be whether it would be bad that I can use my laptop for the couple of days since it will probably have to be replaced.
For the right of withdrawal, you should not leave any signs of wear that would impair value. This does not matter for warranty.
Therefore I see no problem now to use the few days regularly, since this sounds like a warranty case.
The problem is that you no longer have a device during the repair / replacement.
Thank you;)
If the seller has not mentioned these stains in the item description, you are entitled to a guarantee.
but i would take the stains, which are hardly likely to restrict functionality, as an opportunity to get a decent discount. This is called "estate" in the sense of the law and is one of the three possibilities, because one has with complaints in the case of guarantee.
I sent it back and they transferred the money back to me via Paypal today.
I paid a little more at Saturn, but I paid better.
