How do I get the pictures on my laptop?

I have a Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017), it is broken and the screen is no longer bright and now I wanted to know how I can get my old pictures from this phone to the laptop?

Connect the cell phone to the laptop but you probably have to allow access from the cell phone, so plug it in and then press "Allow", since you say that it is just not getting light. You could actually easily see this if you pressed Allow in the folder of go to your laptop, on the side you will see the name of your mobile phone - then you press it and then there are all your pictures and videos:-)

So do you mean that the screen won't turn on, yes, then it's probably a flop, just have your cell phone repaired - it's not expensive:-)

Well it costs 150 euro, I already asked. I thought you could access it with an app.
