I installed Ubuntu 19.04 on my laptop but I just do not have the power off button on the top right. Through a few searches, I have learned that I have to do this in the system settings. But they do not exist with me. Can anybody help me further?
Is there a dropdown where the PowerButton can be found?
Otherwise via console with init 0
Dude - just click on unsubscribe, then you can certainly say shut down or something - just try it - maybe just because I ask you for it.
And remember that you wanted to shut down the pc
Did not work
No, did not work.
I can't say anything.
System settings are of course ALWAYS. If there's no icon or menu item, it does not mean it does not exist.
It might be interesting to know which surface you use but often you can also simply tap on it by pressing the left Windows key and Ubuntu will suggest suitable applications for you.
How about 'Settings' or 'Settings'?
I use Ubuntu. In the settings, I found nothing.
I know that you use Ubuntu. Nevertheless, one usually has a keyboard with the Windows keys:-)
Is the problem still there?
No, not after a new installation
