Is there a switch dock between laptop and desktop?

Is there a switch for monitor, mouse / keyboard and audio?

I have a Surface and a desktop PC for more demanding work. On my desk are two monitors, mouse & keyboard and a small Logitech system.

When I do normal office work, the Surface machine is completely sufficient. I only need the calculator for the video editing or from time to time to gamble something. Otherwise, it is too loud, eats too much electricity and produces a heat in the room that I need even in freezing temperatures no heating.

At the moment, I always have to change hands, which simply annoys animal and after 10 times you do not do that well anymore, but pulls the cables on the shortest way to where they should go.

I have a small switch for HDMI, is there something for USB and audio? So not 5 switches but almost everything in one? I have the docking station for the Surface, maybe you can build something with it…

For the device ne docking station and then just stop a terminalswitch for mouse, keyboard and screen. However, you will only be able to operate a screen, if only because the dock provides only the connection for a screen ready.
