Hello, for some reason my Windows 10 laptop does not play any sound. My speakers are not defective, because I can't hear anything through the headphones. My speaker is set as the default device and the drivers are installed (however I hear the audio test of the control panel [as the only sound]). Does anyone know how I can solve the problem?

I have Win 8.1 and I can have the operating system rebuilt. The computer does it all by itself. It works with win 10 too. Vlt you try that too.
