Windows 10 constantly message that firewall and antivirus are disabled?

Whenever I start my laptop, I get the message that firewall and antivirus are disabled. Then I open the Windows security and then it says that it is disabled. But as soon as I go to the antivirus program on App, it says that everything is active. If I close the windows security and open it again over the menu (and not over the notification that Firewall etc. Are deactivated), then there's also everywhere that everything is okay and everything is activated. Does anyone know why that is?
