I had to send my laptop to the manufacturer 7 weeks ago because a part broke. Unfortunately, I have not yet been informed whether this is a guarantee case or not. For 5 weeks there was no information about repairs or anything else. According to the support team, everything should have been ready in 10 days. Didn't buy the laptop directly from the manufacturer. Are there any legal steps you can take? Since 7 weeks seem very long to me for a guarantee that has not yet been confirmed. Maybe someone can help me with that.
You have to put inquiries again in writing, include the previous waiting period there and then set a deadline in which a solution / answer is expected.
Only then could you think about "legal steps" further.
