Camera glows green?

I have a laptop and my laptop lights up at once the camera green which lights otherwise did not have first made black tape over it but would like to know why Trd so many thanks in advance

Could be a Trojan behind it, which has activated the camera. Let's check the computer with Malwarebytes.

The camera does not turn on alone without your intervention. Covering is a good idea.
