So my laptop (windows 7) is pretty slow and I also think there are viruses on it, and now I want to "restart" (or whatever you call it) + install Windows 10 on it. Does anyone know nh instructions on the Internet? (I'm mega bad in googling haha lol). And you should only restart dws, and then install win10 or how is there the cleanser.

Download and run Windows 10 Update Assistant
I recommend that you fully format the hard drive for viruses.
Maybe you can also convert to an SSD hard drive. Then your system runs much faster.
I would switch from Windows 2020 to Windows 10 as of January 2020. This is still possible free of charge until the support setting if you have a valid Windows 7 license. The Windows 7 product key is also accepted when activating Windows 10, and this is how you do it:
On the bottom of the laptop there's a sticker with the Windows 7 product key. Write this down. If there's no Windows 7 sticker on it, you can read out the Windows 7 product key with this tool https://www.chip.de/...63752.html. Then write this down.
Then go to the Microsoft website and download the Media Creation Tool. You can use it to create a Windows 10 USB boot stick. You need an empty formatted USB stick
After you have created the stick, simply boot this stick into the laptop and follow the instructions of the installer. It offers the possibility to completely reformat the hard disk. Then everything on the hard drive is completely deleted. The viruses are gone. The laptop is restarted several times during installation.
After completing the installation and starting Windows 10 for the first time, the setup wizard appears. He offers the possibility to create a Microsoft account. You should do that if you do not have one. Otherwise, log in with your existing Microsoft account.
Finally, activate Windows 10 with the noted Windows 7 Product Key. The activation will then be saved permanently in your Microsoft account.
The last step is to go to the manufacturer's website for your laptop. Download and install the drivers there.
If you have to reinstall Windows 10, just log in again with your Microsoft account. Windows 10 will then be reactivated automatically. You no longer have to enter the product key.
Here's another tip: If you turn off all desktop effects in Windows 10, it will even run faster than Windows 7. Windows 10 has also integrated good virus protection with the Defender.
