Foreign power supply for my laptop?

I own a Medion Akoya S6445 MD61462 and sit now without my charging cable at home. Unfortunately, I can't find the input tolerance of the laptop now and now only knows that the power supply has an output of 19 V and 3.42 A. Can anyone tell me if it would be a stupid idea to join now?

I would not connect the other power supply (eg because of warranty reasons). I would buy the original power supply again.
