Laptop recommendation with hdmi?

I'm looking for a not so expensive laptop but runs smoothly and has a hdmi connection! So please a really good laptop that does not cost too much. Although I already have 2 laptops but they are not to use at all and hooks only around. It sucks! So, can someone please recommend me one? I despair

Can you even install Windows for 10 euro? Then this is the best notebook for under 450 euro by far!
