Now to my question, my hard drive on which my operating system was installed broke and now I do not know how to get the ISO file on my USB stick without even being able to start my PC, I have no laptop or anything else and do not pull it in For such a thing consider me to get additional things like adapters for the mobile phone that allow me to access a USB stick.

The Media Creatin Tool forget it that only makes problems for others that goes without problems for others only with problems and that has already caused me problems twice and not only a friend of mine had problems with it. So he is safe and can do everything in peace.

Data error when installing the ISO

Do you use an antivirus program like Avira or something like that? If so then you have to switch it off for the duration while the MCT is running. My mother had it too.
The Microsoft tool does that very well. Rufus is really no longer necessary
Contact a friend who has a Windows laptop / PC and load the Win10 ISO file directly onto an 8 GB stick, as explained below.
Go to this MS page: https://www.microsoft.com/.../windows10.
Download the "Media Creation Tool" using the "Download tool now" button.
With a double click on the download you get into the download preparations.
Via this selection menu:, you direct the Win10 ISO download directly to the at least 8 GB USB stick.
After completing this process, the USB stick is bootable and ready for installation.
