Laptop help. Why blackscreen?

Have a laptop and always after the start the Windows symbol then appears on the black screen.

I have already installed several new operating systems but nothing works.

everything is probably too little information but I would like to try all possibilities.

At the beginning windows 7 then 10 then 8.1 everything unsuccessful
