How can I guarantee updates from Kaspersky over the long term?

Yesterday my protection program was unable to update. I was afraid of a virus. After a long search for the cause, I was shown dozens of options, one of which dealt with storage space. I originally bought this laptop as a second device, had not paid attention to storage space, which is extremely small. I then put 100 megabit application files on a stick and was able to update. But at the same time this means that the 100 Mega with 40 - 50 updates from Kaspersky are also occupied again. I currently have almost no files on me from it. Then I can hardly take anything down. I'm also not sure if it would work with an external hard drive. Tried to use an old one from the broken previous computer. I can't access the earlier files. Since 2Computers gave up on me at the same time, this little thing is currently with only one device. It makes sense to buy another one, but with this I would also like to be online.

If you are afraid of viruses, then use Linux as the operating system

Lo

Or even more secure MAcOS

Basically, you only need an additional hard drive or a larger hard drive.

But even if it is full, nothing will happen with the update. That means simply solving and / or uninstalling everything that is unnecessary.

It's like a bucket of water. If it is full, you can fill in nothing more.
