So I click on it and nothing happens. The other programs on the laptop can all be opened. Normally I would reset the program, but I looked it up and found nothing that could do it. The problem is that MSP was only available on the Internet at that time and for a couple of months it has been the case that you can only play it once you have downloaded the program. But it doesn't work on a cell phone with a laptop.
