Why don't music videos run through my box but normal tracks?

Earlier I connected my JBL box to my laptop and set the volume on the box. But the thing is that music videos are running and what is audible, but with normal tracks there's no sound. All of it is running on iTunes it works out?

Could be that you made the sound silent in the iTunes app. Or that you have set iTunes to silent via the system sound settings.
