The comment has hundreds of likes, but I just do not get the joke. Can someone explain that to me?

So you have to know exactly who and why there was a like.

Middle-class and upper-class Indians do not even burden their children with books, notebooks and pencils, but immediately buy them a laptop. The laptop is, so to speak, the school bag of Indian students (everything in it, what you need to learn and not difficult).
