Razer Kraken Pro v2 too quiet on the computer?

I bought the Razer Kraken Pro v2 a while ago and noticed that it's too quiet, especially on my PC. When I connect to the phone or laptop, it is a lot higher turn, you know what may cause the problem or how I can fix it?

You have to pay attention to where you put it.

If it does not work with the green port just try a bit around. If you have win you can set the device to be accessed at the bottom right of this speaker.
