PC has problems starting?

My laptop (Windows 10) has recently started having problems. It boots up as normal, but after I have logged in, I only get a black screen (I can still see my mouse and can't move it any more). I have already checked my PC via cmd.exe and my virus program. Btw I have to restart my PC a few times so that I can use it normally…
Does anyone know how to fix that?
