Windows 10: How do you permanently delete something in Device Manager?

I want to delete the webcam on the laptop in the device manager, but after uninstalling it, it is there again after restarting.

How do you deactivate the automatic reinstallation of the device? Or can you delete them in another place without extra programs (not deactivate)?

You could look at the system settings and try to remove it completely or on youtube. Look up

The most effective is a camera / microphone etc. Deactivate in the BIOS! What is not supported by the device can't be used by Windoof!
