I'm using an Aspire 8940g notebook with a phoenix bios.
Well, I've password-protected that some time ago. And I, with the best of my will, can't remember it.
Does anyone know how to restore the bios password?
or someone knows a forum where you can create a master password?
I can't get to the BIOS otherwise?

Maybe your motherboard has a jumper for such a case. Read the manual. Is it the supervisor or user password? → Service

On the motherboard remove the BIOS battery and leave at least 1 hour away, would have to help
