I wanted to use my smartphone headphones (from Samsung) as a transition, I can play sound, but if I want to use my micro it doesn't work…
however, if I drop a headphone part on my table, the microphone level will stop for a few seconds… No matter how close or how far I hold the microphone always the same result…
The headphones are not broken and I uninstalled the headphones and reinstalled them.
What can I do? Because on my old laptop it worked flawlessly back then…
Where doesn't the mic work? I don't think the problem is with the micro, but with the program. So if you make calls via Discord, for example, it may be that you first have to set up the new microphone at Discord and it is because of it.
Hope I could help ^^
A PC has separate jack sockets. One for micro, one for sound.
Your smartphone headphones don't have that, so it can't work at all… ^^
It's best to write what other computer // laptop you have.
Maybe. Something broken on the computer? Test if it works with other headphones
That is in all programs with language atl etc. Valorant, vr-chat everywhere my micro does not work
But? If I only put my headphones into the microphone, do I only have the microphone function? (tried them all does not work)
There's nothing broken on the computer since I have only had it for 5 days, unfortunately I do not have any other headphones,
But why do my headphones not recognize my voice, but when a headphone part hits the table the level swings
Loose contact?
Your jack plug has other contacts because the sound and micro run over it. They are available in 2-pin to 4-pin and depending on the situation, you also need a suitable counterpart and your PC doesn't have that… ^^
Nope on my phone it works
So my headphones have 3 stripes and the headphones fit wonderfully… And as I said, I can also hear sound through the headphones only my microphone is not working
Yes, 3-pin. Because micro and sound run over a plug… In the cell phone there's a 3-pin socket as a counterpart.
A normal jack plug for sound is only 2 poles. Your PC jacks are also only 2 poles.
The sound comes because the socket on the PC has the contact for sound but none for Micro, which is then in a different socket.
No matter how you put your cellphone headphones in there, the Micro won't work.
Headset connector will be 4-pin, for micro and headphones together and the two sockets on the PC for headphones and micro separately, only 3-pin. Then you would need an adapter from a 4-pin socket to two 3-pin plugs.
