Error saving the document! Error while creating! Backup could not be created - Open Office?

I desperately need your help!

I recently had a Medion notebook with Windows 10. Now I have bought Open Office 4.1.8.0 in the Microsoft Store.

When I save a file it works. However, if I then continue to write and want to save the file again, it shows me the error message mentioned above.

I have already looked at "Settings" - "Paths" and the files are saved under "OneDrive" - "Documents". I can't change the path either, for example to "This PC" - "Documents".

I have already removed the tick for properties "write-protected" in One-Drive. However, when I call up the properties again, the tick is set again.

Can someone help me please? I don't know what else to do.

Safe open office in the Microsoft Store?

That's for free. You can download it anywhere.

As far as I know, One Drive is only available with MS Office (!) but not with

open office is a completely different manufacturer

I could not download Open Office from the Internet because there was a "backup" on the computer that I could not load any apps etc. Onto the PC. That's why I bought Open Office for 2.49 euro in the Microsoft Store. In the meantime I had deactivated this "backup".

However, the version I bought should work and I should be able to save files.

See if your registration was successful because of one-drive
https://www.microsoft.com/...&market=de
also only works with MS office (!) really out of the application!

Open Office is free of charge. You can download it from the manufacturer's website.

You throw things together that don't belong together.

Throw the stuff back down, download OO from a trusted site, and then install it. Then it works too. That's how I did it and it works fine.

What kind of backup should that be? If your browser works properly, it will download OO without any problems.
