I wanted to use my acer aspire7720g (laptop) again. Wanted then over a wlan amplifier (devolo) in the internet. He finds the devolo but unfortunately the laptop does not connect with it. Always the message: connection failed. Is the laptop too old for that or is that a matter of adjustment?
Did you ever try it with a cable directly on the router? Or in the immediate vicinity of the router via Wi-Fi without the repeater?
wlan with repeaters can always cause connection problems.
