I bought an Asus Zenbook 15 "(ux533fd) about a year and a half ago, but now I have found defects and now I ask whether the manufacturer has to fix it.
1. The laptop has 2 plastic stands that lift the laptop when it is opened, these are now hardly available or very worn.
2. The laptop has a small gap between the keyboard and the screen when it is closed, about 1mm, it wasn't there when you bought it.
3. I have flaking paint in 2 places that I can't explain, they are on the inside and are therefore not places that are heavily used.
Does anyone know if Asus has to have it repaired? Or is it worth it?
There's only a guarantee if the device does not work. Signs of wear and tear are not covered by the guarantee, otherwise you could return any car or bike with worn brake pads
But due to the wear and tear of the stand, the function of lifting the laptop is no longer given.
It's about the actual functionality of the laptop. This consists in the operability of the laptop
