My laptop no longer starts up. All status indicators light up briefly and then only the battery indicator lights up.
I have already tested the ram and the hard drive, but they still work.
Is the battery broken? Does the display still show anything -?
Test a new CMOS battery (button cell) … These are sometimes very built in so you have to disassemble the device quite a bit
Can I still see anything on the screen?
