I bought the above mentioned printer used.
When I plugged it into my laptop with the USB cable, it still recognized it. Now I have installed the driver software and the printer is no longer recognized when I want to connect it via USB. Or. Responds. So there's no more signal from the laptop that he recognized something.
The cable is right inside both machines.
What can I do about it now?

If it happened after installing the software, the first thing I would do is to remove the program. Then you can try another type of connection (LAN, WLAN).
