Tired of exercising anyway?

Been like this for days. I mean, it's not that I lie in bed all the time, I go for a walk (6km) but otherwise I sit at the laptop and do something for school and so on. But now e.g. Do I still have energy but don't feel like exercising how can I motivate myself?

Why are you lying, if that's true that you walk 6km you can be satisfied, many don't even get 500 meters a day!

6 km is not bad.

Motivate yourself with a timer. Set the timer on the mobile phone to 10 minutes and do given exercises during this time. Or x repetitions.

If that doesn't work, set the timer to 5 minutes.

Another trick is to always do x repetitions of a certain exercise, e.g. X jumps, x squats, etc., when you go from one room to the other (i.e. To the toilet, to the kitchen, to get a drink, etc.) relatively fast and you can do a few repetitions a day. You can start with 20 squats or so, depending on your training level. So that you are not overwhelmed, but already notice that you have done something.

Just get over yourself. Don't think twice, just start. Sounds easier than said, I know.

If you notice in the first 10 minutes that you have no desire at all, leave it… Otherwise, the desire will come and once you are warm, you will notice how good it is for you and you will be happy to have started

You also have to kick yourself a bit in the but to get into the push. The weaker self just doesn't want to and knows how easy you are to defeat. You just can't give in.
