So notebooks with a touchscreen would be best. The price shouldn't be too high either.
For working with a DAW I would definitely prefer a mouse and keyboard, especially because of key combinations, touch doesn't really help in my opinion.

Up to 450 euro the selection is not really big anyway, and unfortunately you can forget about touch.
I would look for a notebook with Ryzen 5 3500u or newer / better. 8GB RAM are just as compulsory as an SSD, but almost every device in the class now has that.
