Chrome always starts even though it has already been uninstalled?

Hallo friends of the sun, I have a little problem with the Chrome browser.

I actually uninstalled it, it is no longer to be found in the programs, and neither is it memory. And yet it starts up every time I turn on the laptop, and I wonder how I can turn it off.

Take a look under Programs and Apps to see if it is really uninstalled

Presumably there's something stored in the "autostart" of WINDOWS. In this case, programs start automatically when WINDOWS is restarted.
