I would like to implement the following idea. Who can give me detailed instructions and tips?
If I or other family members take photos with the cell phone, then these - preferably automatically - should be saved on a NAS storage device at home and deleted on the cell phone. Similar to the Google Cloud, you should also be able to access it with an app. Everyone on their pictures. If possible, these should also be filtered, e.g. Date, place, etc.
An administrator should have access to everything in order to be able to delete inappropriate content if necessary.
In parallel, films, photos and documents should also be available on the memory, depending on the age rating and other criteria
- not seen by one
- can only be read by the other
- and someone else should also be able to edit and delete them.
Can you extend this - if it works up to here with laptops?
Thank you in advance for your answers from me and everyone else who will help these answers.
So I synchronize my cell phone data with syncthing.
I have IgnoreDelete on my "NAS".
So I still have the pictures on my cell phone. And if I need space, I can simply delete something
Synchronization is not a problem. But any gimmicks with age ratings and such… That would be very expensive… Under certain circumstances, an application would have to be written for.
So QNAP has apps with which you can copy files from smartphones to the NAS.
I personally do not use NAS but the "https://www2.livedrive.com/de/Privatgebrauch" service.
With the tariffs with "Briefcase storage", the Android / iOS app then backs up all photos, videos, music in the cloud.
