Wake on Lan problems?

I want to start my PC with Wake on Lan from my laptop, but only within my home network. On my PC, the option is activated in the BIOS, as well as in the device manager. I would like to do the whole thing with my Fritz Box, because I don't have to install anything anymore. I can simply select my computer in the device list and click on "Start computer".

Unfortunately nothing happens.

Would be great if someone had an idea.

The PC must not be completely shut down but in energy-saving idle state

According to the Internet, only one power source has to be available, so plugged in and done, right?
