Laptop little power?

I have a dell inspiron 15 3432 or something. But that is already older, from 2012 or 2013. Now I have bought a new charging cable during the summer holidays. Only the battery 40-50fps, battery charges 35-40fps, battery does not charge but depends on the current with ca.50% 10-15fps. Then I bought a new battery. But that's the same problem. The real problem now is that my battery is not always fully charged and since I often go with him I can't use it without a power outlet.

Just buy the days a new laptop at notebooksbilliger.de or at Amazon or Media Markt. Since you get enough good (for example, with higher i3 processor) for around 350 euro. Then you will not have the problems anymore!
