Which tablet with a pen for studying?

I'm looking for a new tablet that can accompany me through my studies.

It should be able to:

Write in the slide scripts (edit PDF)

Can take notes, synchronize on Windows laptop.

If possible, a long battery life offers good performance.

I noticed the following tablets:

Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite

Microsoft Surface Go 2

Which of the two can you recommend? I know that the Surface Go 2 is more expensive, I would have to choose the cheapest model possible for the Surface models (4Gb ram)

It is important to me that I can synchronize all data with the laptop, which is certainly not a problem with the Windows Surface.

I've heard only good things about the Samsung tablet, can it?
