Notebook does not start to reset?

Medion Notebook will not start after reset. The notebook stops responding to any keys and only displays the Medion logo.

Has something synonymous times, just waited and then it has rebuilt, if nothing more does help only exchange or send back

Make a hardware reset as follows: Take everything off (USB sticks, mouse, etc.), then you make out the battery. In the state without battery you hold the power button 60! Pressed for seconds at a time. Then re-battery and normal turn on. Can you let me know if it helped?
