DVD play on the laptop?

I have a laptop with Windows Media Player, but unfortunately can't play DVDS… Windows Vista.

Which program can you install for it?

The first question is, is this at all a DVD drive, or is it just CD?

If it were unusual, normally all laptops sold with WinVista should have a DVD drive, or just none.

That can even be my 10 year old laptop.
